It’s been a long time coming, but I’ve finally gotten around to trailers and posters!

First, some trailers for documentaries or what people could call “educational” films. First up is Don’t Think I’ve Forgottena documentary about the rock movement that came after Cambodia gained its independence from France:

Next is The Supreme Price, a documentary outlining women’s rights in Nigeria:

And Resurrecting Black Wall Streeta documentary that focuses on the well-to-do black population in Tulsa, OK was ransacked and the community was burned to the ground by racist mobs. .

Okay, now to some M. Night Shyamalan stuff. First, there are some cast photos of the upcoming Fox event series Wayward Pines, which you can see by clicking here.

Shyamalan also has a new movie coming out, called The Visit. If you’re like me, you haven’t trusted him since Avatar: The Last Airbender. But this trailer looks like a breath of scary fresh air! Gone are the usual monotone voices that it seems like he makes all his actors adopt. And it seems like there’s a clear direction and tone for the film. It looks like he’s matured in his filmmaking and storytelling sensibility!

For anime fans out there, the trailer for the live-action Attack on Titan has been released; click here to view it.

The next trailer for Spike’s TUT has been released and it looks amazing! I’m so excited to view this event series.

A Girl Walks Home Alone at Night is a film I just happened to discover as I was reading about something else. There was an ad for it, and in the ad, there was the trailer. The trailer for this film, which is called “the first Iranian Vampire Western,” is astounding. I love it. The film is already available on Amazon.

The trailer for Chocolate City, also known as the black answer to Magic Mike, has been released. It’s everything you’d expect; tons of abs, pecs, and a lack of clothes.

If there are any serious Disney Channel fans who are also readers of this site, you might want to take a look at the trailer for the channel’s upcoming movie event, Descendants. The descendants in question are the kids of some of Disney’s most famous villains. Prepare to be confused.

Now for posters! There are several new posters for Magic Mike XXL, featuring Jada Pinkett Smith , Adam Rodriguez, Steven “tWitch” Boss, Matt Bomer and Channing Tatum.

Finally, here’s the poster for HBO’s Bessie. I’m sure it’s been posted elsewhere, but I found it on Mary J. Blige’s Facebook page.
