Sonic the Hedgehog 3 Finds Team Sonic Against A Revived Shadow the Hedgehog

SEGA’s blue-hedgehog mascot is surprisingly still going strong in his cinema career (Mario, it’s time for you to catch up). Two movies and a Knuckles spinoff show later, Paramount drops the Sonic the Hedgehog 3 trailer released coincidentally with today’s Nintendo Direct Partner Showcase. Following whatever happened in the past installments, Shadow the Hedgehog (Keanu Reeves) is on the loose, and it’s up to Sonic (Ben Schwartz,) Knucles (Idris Elba), and Tails (Collen O’Shaughnessy) to stop him. However, they need the help of their archenemy Dr. Robotnik (Jim Carey) to deal with the problem. Here is the official synopsis and trailer:
